Go Bananas!

Memorial Day Weekend is coming up quick and I have the perfect treat to share at your backyard barbecue or party.  This recipe for Banana pudding is ahh-mazing! If you are looking to bring something to wow your friends and family, look no more, I’ve got you covered! I have made this banana pudding for several parties lately and it has been a hit every time! Thanks to the cream cheese, and condensed milk the pudding in the recipe is creamy and delicious.  Your guests won’t be able to eat just one serving I promise!

The BEST Banana Pudding

2 bags Vanilla Wafers or Chessman Cookies

6-8 Bananas peeled and sliced

2 cups milk

1 (5 oz)box of French Vanilla Pudding

1(8oz) package of Cream Cheese

1(14oz) can of Condensed Milk

1(12oz) container of Cool Whip thawed

Directions

  1. Line bottom of 13×9 pan with a layer of vanilla wafers, and then place sliced bananas on top.
  2. In a bowl combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well.
  3. In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk, and mix until smooth. Once smooth fold in the cool whip, and mix well.
  4. Next, add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture, folding the mixtures together until they are blended.
  5. Add the pudding mixture to the pan, spread even layer over the bananas. Repeat with another layer of wafers, bananas, and pudding. Top with crushed wafers, and  refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. And enjoy!
