^ This guy was the best apple picker! He would crawl under the trees and go up the middle. It was hilarious!

Happy Monday! Today I am sharing some pictures from our apple picking trip. I know everyone is thinking Christmas, but  after editing these pictures I just had to share some. We had the best time picking these apples in North Carolina. The boys all had a blast searching for the perfect apple. They each had their own strategy on how to be the best, the oldest went for the top of the tree, the middle one went for  the  inside branches, and the littlest went around the bottom. My Landon was the best and definitely the one who enjoyed the harvesting the most. He just ran from tree to tree with loads of fruit! It was such a perfect day! The weather, the company, and all the laughs were just the best! I can’t wait to go back next year, and if you are in North Carolina you have to stop by Stepp’s Orchard. After picking a wagon full of the most perfect apples, we headed to blast some apples out of the apple canons, and then grabbed some of the yummiest donuts I’ve ever eaten!! Their apple cider donuts are made to order and are served warm, they go quickly so you have to pay attention but they are definitely worth the purchase! I’m pretty sure we bought 3 packages and only 1 made it back to the cabin! 😉  This family activity is going to be a permanent  activity on our fall bucket list.
