This little princess jumped on my bed, as soon as it was made! I guess a well made bed makes for the perfect bounce pillow! 😉

Spring is always a great time to clear out your rooms and redress them with some new and fresh colors/patterns. My home always feels so empty after all the holiday decorations are put away, its the perfect time for me to change things up. While in HomeGoods the other day, I spotted this pink tassel throw, and these pink velvet pillows and I knew I needed them.  I have never done pink in my Master before, I’ve always tried to keep the space somewhat neutral in color; but I have to say its my new favorite. It seems so fresh, and relaxing.

I am a big believer in using what you already have, I love to switch items from one room to another. It makes such a difference in the spaces when you do this. This white duvet in the pictures is actually from my guest room and is flipped over because the top has some navy stitching in it. Changing rooms by pulling from what you already have does two things…First, it keeps the cost down, which who doesn’t love that?….And second, it keeps you in love with your spaces. Making those small decor swaps really does make a huge a difference, and can give a old item some new attention in a new space.

Another thing I love to do when I redo a space, is to add flowers. They just make any room so much happier and brighter. Every time I leave the grocery store I always have flowers. Not every room has fresh flowers all the time but I do try and rotate.

Hope this inspires you to refresh that space you’ve been thinking of! Below I’ve linked some similar  items to the ones I used.

Happy Wednesday!
